Performance Electrical completed the Electrical Installation as part of the Cat A Fit out at 81 Fountain Street, a modern Office Building located in a prime position in the heart of Manchester’s Central Business District. A Comprehensive Programme of Cat A Refurbishment Works was completed on behalf of Ardmac Performance Contracting.
Following the successful handover on 81 Fountain Street, in close co-ordination with the Main Contractor Ardmac; Kier Group appointed Ardmac and ourselves to deliver the high specification Cat B fit-out within the building in 2017.
The electrical installation consisted of LV Distribution, LG7 Compliant Dali Controlled Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Structured Wiring, CCTV, Door Access Control, Fire Alarm, Lightning Protection Small Power.
Following the successful remodeling of Ashton Old Baths undertaken in 2016, Performance Electrical Ltd secured the Electrical Services Contract working in conjunction with H.H Smith & Sons for the Cat B Fit out of the Offices and Break Out Spaces.
